The kitchen is stocked with all appliances and utensils possibly needed. Off to the side is a formal dining room. Large sliding glass doors open, connecting the great room with the lanai. An electrically heated swimming pool with a vanishing edge and lighted fountains overlook a 200 foot wide canal. Across the canal is a national wild life preserve which provides privacy and serenity while you relax by the pool. Also included is a game room with a pool table. An office area has high speed, wireless internet, a fax machine and color printer to be used with your notebook. Two large HD TVs are installed, VCR, DVD, CD, stereo and cassette players as well. Furnishings are brand new and top quality. Nothing has been left out. The house is situated at the end of a cul de sac in a very charming and peaceful neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are only minutes away. There is also a brand new washer and dryer, a garage, a built in hurricane shelter, a dock, boat and lift! The base price is for 4 person. Each additional person $100/week or $300/month. Electric is included in the base price in the amount of $100/month, anything exceeding extra charge.
